1. ("Artist") requested the services of BigShotBeats.net ("Company") for the  beat. Company agrees to provide an untagged MP3, WAV AND Tracked Out (stems) recording of produced song INSTANTLY after receiving payment.

2. Company shall have the right to determine proper credit, as it will appear on the packaging of the recording and in any ad advertising for that recording, including credit to any group or organization associated with Company.

3. Credit shall read "prod. by Big Shot ("Producer")"

4. Mechanical royalties: Producer owns and controls fifty percent (50%) of the copyright of any songs recorded with the purchased instrumental. Song(s) MUST be registered by Artist within 48 hours of the recording session with performing rights organization (PRO) when recorded and composer information must be filled as follow: SOCAN IPI# 497114436 collection share.

5. Master rights: Artist will own the rights on the master and agrees that this is a "work for hire".

6. Artist shall have the right to sell unlimited copies of the recorded song(s) with this exclusive production.

7. Governing law: this deal letter will be deemed executed in the country of Canada and will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario in Canada.

8. Producer agrees to provide unlimited production customization of the purchased instrumental(s).

9. Both parties agree to conduct themselves on a good faith basis.

10. This agreement is effective on the order purchase date.
